umm u can dip them in nail polish remover and it soaks off but it may ruin your nails soo i recommend u got to the nail salon and tell them to do it

get some pure Acetone and just let your fingers soak in it. it breaks away at the acrylic and makes it easier to pull off the nail without it hurting.
Salons use acetone to soak your acrylic off which you can buy at Walgreens or CVS for a couple dollars. It does take a long time, but helps if you trim your nails down first so there is not as large of an area to soak. I laso recommend getting a file with a buffer to helps smooth your nails out after the acrylic is gone.
